I went to the Marina Bay Circuit with my sister this year. We really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was great despite the humid weather. The human traffic has improved a lot as compared to 2008. Last year, while i was still "human sandwich-ing" in the middle of the Suntec overhead bridge, at the same time this last Saturday, I've already alighted the bus and was walking home after the Qualifying session.

During any events, there will be people trying to capture photos when the cars drove past with their camera phones or normal Digital cameras. My sis commented, "these are the people who did not participate last year." Then I'm like "hahaha... True." Cos these are "fruitless attempts." In the end, I couldn't resist it and i held up my phone camera to try a few shots. However expected, there's no way you can capture anything. Only tails of shadows if you are lucky! I did capture a photo with shadows. lol

Sunday - Race Day. The grandstands was totally filled up as compared to Friday and Saturday. I can see many fans holding their huge Ferrari, Mclaren, Mercedes Benz, Red Bull Flags etc. and i can already feel the excitement in the air.

6.30pm - Driver's Parade. All drivers were on board a classic antique car individually with a driver besides them and they drive around the track for a lap. Like a "meet & greet" session for the fans. NOT slow enough for me to see all drivers clearly but i still managed to have a glimpse of every of them. When Hamilton's car drove past, i swear he got the loudest cheer!

8pm - Race starts.

Romain Grosjean from Renault was really unlucky. I can feel for him... First he crashed into the same spot where Nelson Piquet did last year during the Qualifying. Then he retired the race on 3rd lap due to a gearbox problem.

Massa's "fuel-pipe-jammed" incident happened again but to Toro Rosso's Jaime Alguersuari.

Mark Webber suffered from his right front disc break explosion and that's game over for him.

Adrian Sutil spun on the track while trying to overtake Jaime Alguersuari, didn't check before trying to get back on track and smashed right into Nick Heidfield (the Poor victim), both car brought to retire. I saw Nick's interview, he said "Adrian Sutil was stupid and completely "brainless" to do that." When asked what does he think the team would do about this incident, he replied "maybe we will find a brain for him (Adrian)." LOL, humourous.

Sebastian Vettel the "Rain Master" could have a podium finish but he failed to. At one point he lost his right wing mirror during the race. I think he got hit or something and the whole mirror flew off from the car. Then someone sitting in front of me commented "It's okay, from now on he don't have to look back." I'm like "okay, LOL."

Nico Rosberg the "Leonardo DiCaprio look alike" was also most likely able to secure a podium finish but he committed some mistakes in the pit lane and he lost everything. Awwww!!!!

In the end Lewis Hamilton got 1st that's so steadily. I'm estastic and clapped like mad. wooo hooo!!! Wanted to cheer but the crowd surrounding me doesn't seem too enthusiatic in cheering. Maybe Singaporeans are shy and more reserved, and are really famous for being "Kiasu". Even before the race end, there are already so much people trying to get off the grandstand to avoid the human jamming.

And I see I can be a F1 trainee reporter... LOOOLLLL........

Anyway, after the race ended, we rushed to Padang thinking we might catch a glimpse of BACKSTREET BOYS before we leave the circuit. When we reached Padang Concert Stage, i got so excited i started walking faster and faster, almost leaving my sister behind. Then we re-united and i continued trying to squeeze my way through the crowd. Initially i only wanted to get a closer to look at them from the mega screens. But before we knew it, we were already less than 100 meters away from the stage! Soooo HAPPY!!

We can see Nick, Brian, AJ and Howie so clearly on their face! They are dorks, doing funny moves and dancing all the way. Atmosphere so HIGH we were singing together as a crowd when they sang those Hit songs that i knew when i was younger. Everybody was like anticipating for the boys to sing "Everybody" and they did it for their last song. Everybody was then chanting "Encore... encore... encore..." and "We want more... we want more.. we want more..." and the boys came back on stage with "Shape of My Heart."

I felt really wear out and almost dying for singing and shouting for about 1 and a half hour. I wonder how singers can hold a concert for 3 hours without singing off pitch?

AJ then splashed a bottle of water to the crowd. Nick took off his shirt and threw it to the crowd. But shit, I was so near i could have almost gotten it. LOL

Now i'm like a crazy fan girl. But that's concerts~ And it's BACKSTREET BOYS!!!!!

Wow best of my life experience so far. The money i spent was so worth it i wouldn't wanna complain anything. I am so wanna go again next year. 26th September 2010!!!!!!!

My Rusty in my Dream

I had a same dream at least 5 times i swear. It was about me forgetting to feed Rusty and in my dream, i am about to prepare his food while he was waiting patiently besides me.

I feel so sad about this dream. I regret why i did not treat him perfectly in the past. I remember i did forget to feed him twice or trice before. Sometimes when i'm out until late night, my brother was lazy to feed him, my sis simply don't care. Sometimes if my mum's at home she would feed him but Rusty won't eat because i'm not home. He would then hide under the living room's sofa and wait for me. Then when i came home, he'd became so happy that he jumped, ran and bark! Then we go to the kitchen together, i sit besides him while he finish up his food, sometimes i need to coax and hand feed him like a baby. What a sweet dog right..... I have many tales of him i think i can write them into a book.

My mum says maybe he died, that's why i kept dreaming about him in this way... T______T

Kokoro & Moksuri

I prepared Agnes Brand Spaghetti for my family tonight but in the end i felt so lonely. Nobody came home until about 10pm, my brother then came home from his JB trip... Can anybody understand the feeling of waiting so long for somebody to come home?

Suddenly, I became like a child and happily warm up the food for him.

Eh i feel so childish. hahaaha...

"Kokoro" which means "heart" in Japanese and "Moksuri" which means "voice" in Korean are my 2 favourite words at the moment. In future i can name my kids Kokoro and Moksuri.... HAHA

Having a "vacation" now cos i'm officially jobless. This is sensitive and kind of shameless. But, you care? I'm treating it as a holiday.

Since i have so much time now, i always sleep until the Sun decides not to shine at me anymore and it went to shine somewhere else. *laughs*

And I did some house chores. Truthfully, ever since we moved to Tiong Bahru new house, i have NEVER use the washing machine until a few days ago, i finally learned how to operate it. Seriously, I am also not familiar with the lights switches in my living room as in which switch operates which bulb cos i rarely use the living room... I cooked Agnes brand potato pancakes for my family and they say it's nice. For the 1st attempt i scored 7/10 but the 2nd attempt was much better. I like to cook it's just that i'm lazy and i tend to spend a very long time cooking. I also mopped the floor for the 1st time in this new house. (I used to mop the floor daily at my old house becos Rusty peed everywhere when he throws a tantrum.)

15th of July was my mum's birthday. My sis' bf bought a Durian cake from Goodwood Park Hotel. The cake was really delicious. Really, there are more durians than cake. Since it's durian season now, i guess we didn't miss out as well. =D

Steven Lee

Last evening, i received a call from Yang telling me that Steven Lee had passed away. It's Heart Attack that took him away from us and i believed he went away peacefully. He was sitting on the sofa with the television on when he was being discovered by somebody.

Steven was my previous company's operational manager who treats me very well. He was like a Grandpa who likes to play with me and whenever i get into trouble, he would always tell me "你放心，有我在.... 有什么事情我帮你解决" with a smile on his face. I would feel very safe whenever he is around. I remember i always treat him curry puffs and coffee... I like to draw his name on the white board in his office, the next time i go into his office, the name would be gone and i will draw again. Whenever i got some sticky pieces of paper, i would go near him and stick them on his arms and he would stick me back. hahaha.... I also like to spread and read The Straits Times on his table and enjoy the aircon in his office.

I attended the wake just tonight and I will definitely be missing this cute and sunshine uncle. Please bless us and rest in peace.......

I'm a little sad tonight

Almost a year's time later, he talked to me. I couldn't concentrate on anything for that moment. I helped myself with some time to realise I'm not dreaming, cos the only time I'll see you is in my dreams. It's weird that there's everything under the sun, and yet we can't find anything to talk about. It's feelings we can't deny and people we can't love. I wish you try harder...

AWWWWW....... My right cheek and jaw is in pain. Could it be wisdom tooth cos it's so painful........

Haunted Mind

Just came to blog a little....

Something came on my mind lately. Like my bro said, I'm 20 year old now, what am i gonna do? I had never thought that I'll experience this again ever since i started car trade, until now that economy is affecting the trade very badly. 11 more days and I'll hit my 2nd year anniversary in this line. Nobody told me that life went into fast forward mode from 18-years-old onwards. haiz.. ...

All my friends graduated from Poly. As some will be furthering their studies, which i think it's good for them as they still do not have to worry about a job yet. The rest, i think there's not much difference from me.

I'm thinking, it might be time for me to further my studies soon..............

Waited so long for Tomorrow

The sun is not so bright today. The sky rained the whole day. Everyone been complaining about the extreme heat lately, so it's nice to rain~

Tomorrow is my off day. I'm gonna sleep till fully charged then wakes up naturally. My type of happiness. ^___________^


Ham ham is SO CUTE... This was after i gave him a bath. He was tired, so soft and fluffy and my bro was able to held him this way so i quickly took a picture!

I Found a Hamster!

Few days back, i found this abandoned hamster at my house downstair and i brought it home. It was so cute and tamed, he don't bite at all... Really a sweet boy and he's so nice to be carried cos he was so soft and furry. He'll climbed onto my hand when i put my hand into his cage too. I fed him lots of food and he went to sleep. haha... But sadly, i have decided to give it to Yuwen's friend.

Why wasn't it a dog to be found by me... I will definitely keep it and not give it away... I wan a pet badly..... In times when no matter how upset i am, at the end of day when i saw my pets, all bads will melts away. ohhhhhhhh........... missing Rusty again....

Recently spent some money but it's all so worth it. I bought a new pc, now i can go online every night!

James to the National Service!

Friday the 13th.... Today is my brother's enlistment day. Woke up at 5.30am to prepare... Went downstairs for a cup of kopi and off we go!

We (老曾, Mummy and me) went with him to Selarang Camp located at Changi. I saw Domnic Sun from my secondary sch, he is like a little shocked when he saw me... lol?... Then we had a little tour around the camp. Our "tour guide" is very cute, i found him in friendster already. LOL... Back to what i was saying.. the tour... We saw the bunks of the recruits... is like 12 ppl for a room smaller than our usual sch classroom! Alan says when it was his time, there were more than 30 ppl in a room, don't even have space to walk. so alright la, anyway i heard the welfare nowadays are very good already.

Then the moment came.... i have to leave cos i need to work today. HAiz.... I should have took off today... Anyway, I did not cry... But it's quite saddening. Don't know why, it's only army what, but the ppl there all act like it's their son's funeral. As if they are all not coming back anymore. CHOI !!!!!

I asked my bro to say "tata" back to me... which i have been doing these few nights b4 i went to sleep and he die die refuse to say it to me. hahahahahhaaa.......... ok i am very childish!!!! again anyway, he got "tata" back to me. HAhahaHahaAHah.....

I will miss him even though he's such an idiot. in 3 weeks' time... i will get to see him!!!!!!! Will be very eager to receive his sms tonight!!!

Already about 12.45am... Then i saw 2 Ah Neh riding a bicycle towards me. I though ji bai si liao (这次死了)........ They gonna rob me or something... Lucky got a cab drove passed and i quickly flag and hop on it. My god...... Yuwen ah, next time can you escort me home or not... hahhahaaaaa...... lol......

Home PC Crashed

Argh.......... There goes...

Been thinking alot recently. I lost my appetite and i cant sleep.. The unprogressing work, the heat on my skin, rains on my hair, the mass on my body, the blues, the worrying future, the downhill economy that's affecting everybody... It all melts away the moment i know i'm gonna see you soon... Even though i'm not sure when.. Whatever's bad don't seem that bad afterall..... :D

Maybe i should create a wishlist since my 20th birthday is on it's way. lol

3) Pet dog i'll probably choose a Whippet which i'll name it Peppe (Give it to me when i've decided to get it)

Insurance is a kind of protection i know. I'm sure there are ways to generate and double my cash but not by the insurance way... Guarantee.

Today is unlucky... I cut my toe when buying lunch. I felt a sharp pain after a minute and i realised my toe is bleeding. I'm not sure what's inside the basket that i kicked into but it cuts and made me pain. So i cripple back to the showroom with a bloody toe. Yucks!

Back to showroom, i passed Walter his food and i went to the toilet to wash my toe when suddenly, i heard a loud thug. I thought he had broken something heavily and then i realised he had fallen onto the groud because the chair he sits on had split apart. HAHAHA

Feeling down on my luck now.. Cos money was tight, food was scarce because money was tight. hahahaha... Hey Mr Luck, i'm inviting you, please visit soon ok... =D

Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

After learning the existence of Popeyes Chicken for about a year, i finally get to try it last night at Changi Airport T3 with Ashley Teo Yilin... I remembered some guy said wanna bring me there to eat it and see the Aeroplanes fly but he never does what he said... haha...

Personally, i don't find the chickens really that fantastic. Meat is tender and not as salty if compared to KFC, which is good. Well that piece of "biscuit" actually sucks. The dough is so thick it sticks all over my teeth and the top part of inside my mouth... I need to flush my mouth with the F&N Grape that i ordered and throw the rest of the biscuit one side. The mashed potato however, with their very own in-house CAJUN GRAVY is superb, can't get enough but i think if one had too much will Lao Sai... ya cos i Lao shortly after i reached home. lollllll hahahaha..... The coleslaw is good too but i accidentally found there is a kind of smell similiar to a facial product that i'm using. SO gross... hahahha...

However, it's kind of ridiculous if you wanna change your choice of chicken parts, you will have to top up 50 cents. Hello!! Not everybody likes to eat breast meat lei.. Because breast meats are usually bigger pieces but some may find them tough and not so nice... 

Overall Conclusion: Not Bad. I will still visit them in future. 

Something interesting is there's a guy cleaner i saw there who looks extremely like Tony Jaa from Ong Bak the movie! Initially i thought i spot a Thai star in a fast food restaurant until he holds up a black tray and starts wiping it... LOL!!! And maybe I can be a food reviewer.... hahaha.....

Orite, go and try Popeyes Chicken if you haven... =9

HAPPY CHINESE LUNAR NEW YEAR

This year, my maternal side's relatives gathers at my house on Da Nian Chu Yi. Ya my house is very small, some ppl got no place to sit, some of them gamble poker, some of them eat and eat, some of them sit one corner, some of them talk cock sing song. My mum was busy cooking and cooking all day long and I'm mixing around here and there. Total about 30 people!!! =D

Da Nian Chu Er i went to my paternal side. We also went Lou Hei in the evening... Omg it's very yummy!!! and then 2 of my aunts and my siblings went Robertson Walk for some beers til near midnight..... 

Now as i grow, i realised i don't take the total hong bao money so serious already. That few hundred dollars...... ok la only almost $200 i think, can only last me for that how many days... Is like a bonus on top of my salary. By right, receiving a hong bao is like receiving a good luck or blessing stuffs... Of course the more the merrier la.. and "Oranges are our weapons". We used it to "rob" the elders for hong baos. lolol...

Oh yea, my brother's gonna be enlisted soon... This 13th March... Don't know wanna be happy or sad. But it's part of a guy's life. Nvm, when that day comes i will know....

Oh ya, remember?? I mentioned this before... That my aunt saw a Jack Russell at her house area and thought it was my Rusty... My mum saw that dog and she says it's not my Rusty Baby... She tried calling his name in front of his face but he ignored her (the dog's name is also Rusty)... Cos if that dog is really my Rusty, he would have pounced onto my mum and lick her face or wadever. My mum should recognise him cos no matter wad, we kept him for 4 years know.... sigh.......... Somehow for whatever reason, i felt relieved....

My Rusty Baby

Today when i was eating mandarin orange, i thought of Rusty.

I don't like to eat the fibers that surrounds the pulps of an orange. And Rusty don't like to eat the pulps of an orange but he loves the fibers. So everytime i will eat the pulps and Rusty will eat the skins. hahah....

Weird human have weird dog. I misses Rusty very much. Happy Chinese New Year TO RUSTY!!!! HUAT AH!!!!! I hope your current owner will feed u Bak Kwa but you cannot eat not too much okay!!!

Talking about the wind... it's nice and also frustrating. That day I wanna empty my drinking cup by pouring the water outside my office like i always did, the wind is so strong that the water all splashes back towards me and my jeans are all wet!! #$%!#

Okay, i'm referring to 戴阳天... You know who? That guy who acted as a Japanese Photographer in The Little Nyonya show as Ju Xiang's husband and he died during the war in the show. Total episodes he participated was 8. And he's becoming so popular. He's gonna make it big in Singapore. Oh yea he's from Shanghai. He's like a pretty perfect guy!

I went up to his Baidu web and joined in the chat which he had left a message this afternoon, promising to be online at 9pm tonight to chat with his fans. He's such a sweetheart. I'm one of his fan now. hahaha

So nice of him. haha

I guess he's really tired with his work. Then i replied asking him to take care and soon after, he went offline. I feel like a retard again. hahaha
